What Is The Third World Squat?

What Is The Third World Squat

Okay, now comes the question what the hell is the third world squat?

Like I know it is a position but it is different from the rest of the squat or it is just the same.

Well, my friends, you have every right to ask because when I first time heard the word I also asked the same question.

Well, it a position where a person rests on their calves. Their ass resting comfortably on their calves.

If you are still having trouble understanding here is the best example, take a bay for it when a cute little baby walks and see something fallen in the ground and he is very curious to pick it up and see it.

When the baby goes done to pick the item up note the way he is doing it.

He goes in a squat position where the bottom of the baby barely comes in contact with his tiny calves.

That is the third world squat. Now you know the definition of it, you might be curious to try it yourselves.

Just like that baby who was curious to pick up the crayon.

How To Do A Third World Squat

I knew it this was coming I just knew, because some you like to face challenges.

And since this is not a hard thing to do you might wanna try it.

Right!, To begin with, you need to get off the chair or if are lying on the bed comfortably.

Then you need to get out of the bed because this isn’t going to be comfortable at the beginning.

You asked for it and boy you will receive it.

Let’s begin:

  1. Grab something sturdy for some support or else you fall right on your bottom. Try getting a hold of a door or a bar, maybe a railing your stairs or the bar at the strip. I don’t just grab something sturdy and don’t go to grab a desk especially when there is a computer on it, believe you fall not only you will have pain in your ass but there will be a variety of it.
  2. Next, squat down as low as you can until your hips past your knee. If you are flexible then your hips will touch your calves.
  3. Just make sure that you don’t extend your knee to far and also point your feet outwards. Not too much but slightly outwards. Another key thing that you need to do is when squatting doesn’t raise your knee, keep it flat against the surface so it can hold the weight of your body. If you keep your heel up then there might be a chance of you hurting it, so avoid that.
  4. Keep your back straight and chest out. Place your arm move your knee and loosen the shoulder. Be comfortable and stay relaxed.
  5. Once you are in the squatting position, rock from side to side to loosen yourselves.
  6. Try to stay in that position for a couple of minutes.

See chair has been the bestie of ours throughout our entire life.

It helps us to rest when we are tired, or when we work at an office, or even if we are doing some BBQ.

You went out did some work outcome home and relaxed on a soft couch, grabbed popcorn and drink, and started to watch Netflix.

You stay for the whole evening until you get your lazy ass to the bedroom and go to sleep. Everyone does that.

Take office, for example, you said almost the entire working our expect when you need to grab a coffee or bust in for a toilet.

That is the only time you get off your seat. Another example is the youngsters playing video games.
