In simpler words when a person is optimistic then it is impossible that the person is spreading negativity because he/she does not have even thought of negativity.

So when you are hanging by a thread in any situation then you can listen to the most optimistic music to get you to hope high and morale up.

Or send them an uplifting playlist for Spotify or a similar service.

At first, I find it best to just other people vent, to let him or her get the issue at hand out into the light. So I am just there fully and listening.

So, that’s how they can make more sensible and not so obsolete decisions.
