When you pray you come to a close relationship with God.

Here is the famous quote that Bruce Lee once said “Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water.

If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle.

You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.”

What Is Meditation?

What Is Meditation

Meditation helps to put our minds at ease. It provides us with a spiritual centeredness that acts as an avenue of growth.

When we meditate, we cancel out the noise, so to speak, and realize that we’re just one of the very many connected beings in this universe.

Meditation also has a big impact on our ability to be self-disciplined. It clears the mind’s palette and sets the right tone for the day.

It helps to improve our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health all at once, allowing you to reap some.

The biggest results with minimal time invested.

Meditation doesn’t take long. It can be done in 10 or 15 minutes.

Gratitude:

We spend far too much time wanting things.

The habit of gratitude helps move us away from constantly wanting what we don’t have, and towards appreciating what we do have.

The effects of gratitude are far-reaching.

From improving our mental health to our emotional wellbeing, and our spirituality, gratitude can do so much.

But most importantly, it helps to move us away from a state of lack and towards a state of abundance.

When we live in a state of lack, it becomes downright impossible to focus on being disciplined and achieving our goals.

We spend so much of our mental capacity worrying about what we don’t have and living in a state of fear that we forget about what we do have.

Forgiveness:

Mind Like Water

When we spend a large portion of our days in a state of anger, regret, or guilt, we create more problems than we do solutions.

Hate and anger consume far more energy than love and forgiveness. When we forgive, we learn to let go of certain things.

Without the habit of forgiveness, we couldn’t achieve self-discipline.

We’re too worried about how someone wronged us to even focus on discipline or achieving our goals.

“If someone hurt you, learn to forgive them. It doesn’t necessarily mean you have to forget.

Just forgive and release that negative energy back into the universe.”

The Statement:

“Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup.

You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot.

Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.” -Bruce Lee

The statement is referring to achieve a goal of peace and calmness with an empty mind.

Now your mind can handle anything thing that life can throw at it.

You are confident about what you are finding.

Like the river, you have strength, like the ocean you have power.

You have peace like bubbling brooks, depth of the ocean, and the potential like thunderclouds.

Mind like water means to have a response of every moment.

Not to respond aggressively, but to do it in a way that feels effortless, invincible, and gentle. More like sliding to it.

Take a simple example, water, and a pebble. When you throw a pebble in the water, what do you see? What do you observe?

what do you understand from it? Its simple answer, calmness.

The water gets disturbed when you through an object into it, in this case, a pebble.

You see a wave which is a sign of disturbance and then it comes to a halt.

The water gets calm and comes to peace. It empties all the negativity that was thrown at him.

So the goal of your life is to have a mind like water. You need to free your mind from dullness so that you can focus on being spectacular.

The practice of doing meditation or do ka religious practice. Live with a silent mind.

Once you have successfully achieved this goal, everything that comes to your life is going to be effortless, and easy.

All the positivity and good things will automatically flow to you and the negativity and bad things will repel.

Like the repel of water, disappears when a pebble, negativity is thrown.

Conclusion!

“If someone hurt you, learn to forgive them. It doesn’t necessarily mean you have to forget.

Just forgive and release that negative energy back into the universe.”

You need to have your mind empty. Free all the negativity that was showered at you.

Let it go, drain it down like the repel of water and the sinking of a pebble.

“Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water.

If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup.

You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle.

You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.”

This is truly a strong statement said by the legendary Bruce Lee.

If you understand this statement and you have achieved the goal then your life will be easy and effortless than before.

Just remember to have a “Mind Like Water”. Practice meditation or practice your religious prayer to achieve this goal.
