Directions:

  • Set the temperature of your electric smoker to 225F.
  • Take a compact mixing bowl, add all of the sugars and spices to it and blend them well. 
  • Make sure to dry Turkey Breast with the help of paper towels.
  • Apply the dry seasoning on the upper layer of Turkey. 
  • Take the Turkey Breast and place it on the smoker grate.
